It is a very useful app if you are interested in crimes that may be happening in your neighborhood. It is free in the iTunes app store and available for the iPhone and iPod Touch.

It did not take long before using a Mac and a PC with separate peripherals got really old. You know... two keyboards, mice, monitors and only one desk. Well, I finally found a solution. It was Synergy!
Synergy is a software solution for using more two or more computers and only one keyboard and mouse. It uses your existing wi-fi network to seamlessly share the mouse between the computer and their respective screens.
After downloading and installing the Synergy Mac Client, and then downloading and installing the PC counterpart, I was good to go. 
Of course, I had to find some detailed instructions online, to guide me, but in the end it worked perfectly. If you work in a multi OS environment, Synergy just might be for you.

It is available in the iTunes App store for .99 cents and is compatible with the iPod touch and iPhone.
